295 Foster Street, Littleton MA

Ferris Development acquired 295 Foster Street a 96,935 square foot fully vacant office building, in April, 2013 for $18 per square foot. The Ferris Development's in-house property management and construction teams implemented their value add building improvement campaign which repositioned the asset to the marketplace.  Subsequent to completion of this value add approach the asset is currently 70% leased, activity has remained strong and the value of the property has increased tremendously.  Renovations to the asset included common areas, lobby, glass stair railing, entirely new window and frames throughout the building and additions of new tenant amenities to the building including a lounge area, fitness center and a shared conference room
