Ferris Development acquired 325 Donald Lynch Blvd., a 77,000 square foot Class A office building, in 2010.  The property was originally constructed as a single user property and had been vacant for over five years upon acquisition.  Within 24 months, Ferris Development was able to fully lease the property while converting the building to a multi-user space and constructing high-end, custom suites for the tenants.  Today the building is leased to seven tenants including NASDAQ, Davis Companies & Doble Engineering.  Similar assets in the market are valued approximately three times the acquisition price.
