In 2022, Ferris Capital was acquired by Creative Planning, the largest independent financial planning firm in the United States, ensuring clients continued to receive top-tier financial services. Today, Ferris manages close to 1 million square feet. Serving nearly 100 public and private companies, Ferris Development Group has solidified its reputation as a trusted real estate partner.

Prior to his real estate ventures, Mr. Ferris garnered over two decades of experience as a successful wealth advisor. In 2012, he founded Ferris Capital, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm. The firm’s growth was remarkable, managing approximately $1 billion for families across international cities.
